 The Private support forums are monitored by our support staff Monday-Friday 0800-1800 AEST (as discussed in the Subscription Policy FAQ, access to the forums is enabled manually in office-hours due to the high level of Spam).

Support is limited to installation and configuration issues or any bugs that you may find. For host based issues support please refer to our other options. The forum provides early access to new versions of the software and automatic email updates about our software.

 Please note that while community support is available in the public forums, the public forums are not monitored by our support staff.

Refunds

This subscription includes the delivery of virtual products and as such we cannot provide a refund once payment has been made. Please be aware that PayPal does not support users seeking refunds for virtual goods.

SPAM Filters

This subscription delivers virtual products via email it is important that you make sure your SPAM filters and email server will accept email from our website "seepeoplesoftware.com".
