Labour Day Public Holiday - Office Closed

Have a Great Queens Birthday Weekend - (is it anachronistic that we celebrate a foreign Monarch birthday with a public holiday?)We hope you enjoy River Fire at the Brisbane Festival this year! (We will).We'll be closed on Monday 6th October 2014. Clients with Priority Support contracts will not be affected. Ad-hoc Support clients can still lodge tickets but they won't be processed until we return to the office on Tuesday 7th October 2014.

If you're not comfortable with setting up a new payment system in AkeebaSubscriptions you may want to consider the 6 Month Subscription.

The 6 Month Subscription includes Installation and Setup of the plug-in on your website in addition to the offers in the 1 and 3 Month Subscriptions (please note you will still need to have everything else in place i.e. your website, AkeebaSubscriptions setup and of course your NAB Transact Direct facility).

Installation included

This Subscription includes Installation and Setup of the plug-in on your website (please note you will still need to have everything else in place i.e. your website, AkeebaSubscriptions setup and of course NAB Transact Direct facility).

How do I arrange for installation and setup?

Once you've registered for the 6 Month Subscription we will create a Support Account for you on craigphillips.biz and you will be sent an email providing details of your login and asking you to create an "Software Installation Ticket".

 The Private support forums are monitored by our support staff Monday-Friday 0800-1800 AEST (as discussed in the Subscription Policy FAQ, access to the forums is enabled manually in office-hours due to the high level of Spam).

Support is limited to installation and configuration issues or any bugs that you may find. For host based issues support please refer to our other options. The forum provides early access to new versions of the software and automatic email updates about our software.

 Please note that while community support is available in the public forums, the public forums are not monitored by our support staff.

Refunds

This subscription includes the delivery of virtual products and as such we cannot provide a refund once payment has been made. Please be aware that PayPal does not support users seeking refunds for virtual goods.
