The 1 Month subscription gives you access to the private support forums for the EasyTable Component.

The private support forums are monitored by our support staff Monday-Friday 0800-1800 AEST

Support is limited to installation and configuration issues or any bugs that you may find. For host based issues support please refer to our other options. The forum also provides early access to new versions of the software and automatic email updates about our software.

Please note that while community support is available in the public forums, the public forums are not monitored by our support staff.

Refunds

This subscription includes the delivery of virtual products and as such we cannot provide a refund once payment has been made. Please be aware that PayPal does not support users seeking refunds for virtual goods.
